UPDATE 2026:
It seems that as part of their recent site redesign to koreajoongangdaily.com they forgot to initialize the feed. Or else they've decided it isn't worth it. For now they have no RSS feed.
Let's see if that changes but I'm not holding my breath and that's sad because Joongang had a lot English content that wasn't reprinted in Korea Times or Korea Herald (both of which still serve feeds). Since I only follow news sources via RSS, I won't be linking to their articles anymore.

Here's the current (as of September 2020) RSS feed for the Korea Joongang Daily (중앙데일리) newspaper, the English language version of the JoongAng Ilbo:
This replaces the older feed which was located at http://rss.joins.com/news/joins_joongangdaily_news.xml. This feed was depreciated when the Joongang Daily website underwent a revision.
The link isn't mentioned on the JoongAng Daily homepage, nor it is auto-discoverable by feed readers. For some reason they only list this feed for their English service on their Korean services feeds page at http://rss.joins.com but it does still update correctly.
