KakaoTalk now lets you edit and customize more of your profile section right in the app.
The background image now extends to the whole screen. Previously the bottom link area covered a portion. You can also now add your own animated profile icons, profile icon bubbles and icons, plus music, right inside the KakaoTalk app.
Previously features like the animated profile icon were limited to requiring the use of supplementary apps Kakao Cheese or Kakao Story. But all of these areas will be customizable right inside the KakaoTalk app now.
To use the new feature make sure you're on KakaoTalk version 8.4.5.
Looks nice. Too bad they can't take away the bad taste of having those ads in the chat list.
