Is this Mr. Neff? I've enjoyed your articles for years. I appreciate your skill at taking what seem like old diary entries and piecing them together with other historical data into fun and interesting stories. This one in particular has always been my favorite:

Haha, not directly. I just read a lot of online news. RSS power user here.

It's useful to be informed of trends, and I get some indirect benefit at work in the sense that I know what people are talking about and contribute. But I'm not a "decision maker." My day job is generally pretty boring.

Glad to hear someone gets some use out of these!
