Update [2019-02-04]:
A reader informed me that MBC Sports did provide a live stream (with Korean commentary) after all. Unfortunately I was occupied and didn't get a chance to watch the game (looks like I didn't miss much) or to verify his link worked, but good to know for next year. That link: http://www.mbcsportsplus.com/live.tv/?g_idx=14775I posted about this over on Twitter, but for those who follow the blog, it looks like Naver will not be live-streaming the big game this year as they've done in years past.

Instead, as far as I can find, in Korea it will only be broadcast on the premium cable channel MBC Sports+

I would guess some licensing issue could be the cause, since Naver has livestreamed the last few which were covered by NBC but this year is covered by CBS. Just a guess.
So if you want to watch, either find your own stream, or find a local place that's showing the game:

It looks like you can also tune in to AFN The Eagle, the military radio station, which will carry the game live. That's 102.7 FM in Seoul but they broadcast on other stations throughout Korea.

Not exactly a huge Rams fan here, but I'll always cheer for any team to take down the Pats.
