Just visit
https://map.kakao.com and tap the little "layers" icon in blue above. It will pull up a menu of various layers for the map like traffic, terrain, district boundaries, etc. But at the bottom are several buttons that show various air quality information, including:
- Current temperature and conditions
- Overall air quality
- Fine dust
- Ultrafine dust
- Yellow dust
- Ozone
- Nitrogen dioxide
- Carbon monoxide
- Sulfur dioxide

You can use this to find islands of cleaner air when planning your weekend outings. But one thing I dislike is that it seems to use administrative boundaries for its color coding which gives a slightly strange perspective.
