Lookalikes 14: Boogi (부기) the Busan City seagull mascot and David Tennant

I think we ought to retire this meme template of David Tennant looking uncomfortably close at Jessica Jones and replace it with this image of Boogi (부기) the seagull, the official mascot of Busan City, looking at famous EBS celebrity Pengsoo. 

Here's the template. I hope to see it utilized online in various meme communities.

This is just a crop from a larger image that seems to have Pengsoo insisting that Boogi wait his turn to take a picture at this iconic spot of Busan bridge. I'm guessing. I didn't watch this clip but close enough.

Although I don't think there's any real animosity between these two birds, considering in another still frame, Boogi affectionately calls Pengsoo "Peng-sunbae".

And one more funny picture, here's an anatomy of Boogi, with adorable information like he has a "mouth that only speaks the truth," "wings that never give up," and a "wavy hairstyle formed by the coastal wind".
