Today is June 25, the day that North Korean forces invaded the South and began what we call today the Korean War in English or the 6/25 War (6·25 전쟁) in Korean. Some Korean websites changed their logos to pay tribute to it so let's take a look for posterity.

That's all I could find today. It's interesting to imagine what today would be like if that fateful event hadn't happened or had happened differently. Would Psy have had a hit with Pyeongyang Style? It's always interesting to remember that Pyeongyang was to Seoul what Seoul is to Pyeongyang for a lot of the past.
Since McDonalds is still out of fries, I'm going to celebrate the ultimate victory of capitalism by having a 4k won Whopper. No, not the Whopper Jr, the full size Whopper. Two of them in fact. With a Coke Zero since I'm watching my figure.
