Google has
a page that shows current worldwide street view coverage. Here's the map for Korea.

It's interactive, so you can zoom all around the country to see if your area has been covered. Here's an upclose shot of the capital area. You can see little dots of coverage elsewhere even out in the sea, usually where
special collections were gathered or where users uploaded photospheres.

Anyway, the page also has a schedule for when the Street View car will be coming through an area. It's a bit late now but if you live down south, keep an eye out in these regions as the last month or two Google have been busy. Wave to the car and you may be
immortalized.
