Over on Daum (now owned by Kakao), if you visit their mobile site you will be invited today to send a cute simple Chuseok celebratory card via KakaoTalk. Just pick the one you like most and it will forward via your installed KakaoTalk app.

Of course you could also grab the images and send them manually another way. To make that easier for you, here's the list of available cards with a quick translation of what they read.
Note that these all use the native Korean word for Chuseok, "Hangaui" 한가위"
